Answer #3 Yes, per Section 4.3 of the ITB, the Bidder may, with prior consent of the Department, enter into written subcontracts for the delivery or performance of services. Question #2 Are Vendor Contractor permitted to have any or up to all supplies on a Purchase Order drop shipped to the Department Buyer directly from a supplier or manufacturer the Vendor Contractor purchases the items from? Answer #2 Yes, but all orders shall reference the appropriate purchase order (PO) number and Department contact.
